Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field, 5+ years of experience in export-import management, preferably within FMCG, knowledge of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and shipping documentation, Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, Proficient in SAP and trade management software, knowledge of warehouse management, transportation, and inventory control, Leadership abilities with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Nice to Have
preferably within FMCG, Having relevance EXIM certification
What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end export and import processes
including documentation
and compliance with global trade regulations
Develop and implement strategies to optimize international logistics cost
Coordinate with customs brokers
and government agencies to ensure smooth cargo movements
Monitor changes in trade policies and regulations to ensure company compliance
Lead and mentor the EXIM team
setting performance goals and driving continuous improvement
Collaborate with sales
and finance teams to align EXIM operations with business objectives
Handle risk management related to trade operations
including managing tariffs
