The EXIM Senior Manager oversees all export and imports operations to ensure efficient, compliant, as regulation, and cost-effective international trade activities supporting the FMCG business growth objectives and working with 3PL. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end export and import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with global trade regulations. * Develop and implement strategies to optimize international logistics cost, time, and service levels. * Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to ensure smooth cargo movements. * Monitor changes in trade policies and regulations to ensure company compliance. * Lead and mentor the EXIM team, setting performance goals and driving continuous improvement. * Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to align EXIM operations with business objectives. * Handle risk management related to trade operations, including managing tariffs, duties, and trade disputes **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in export-import management, preferably within FMCG. * Strong knowledge of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and shipping documentation. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. * Proficient in SAP and trade management software. * Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation, and inventory control. * Leadership abilities with excellent problem-solving and or
