Graduate or Postgraduate, 4 to 6 yrs of experience, SAP environment knowledge, Shared services experience, Procure to Pay Process knowledge, Standard Operating Procedures knowledge, Good Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills, Good verbal and written communication skills

Execute timely payments to vendors
Execute timely payments to employees
Execute timely payments to stakeholders
Coordinate with vendors for resolution
Approve changes to business processes
Manage reimbursement process
Review expense reports
Verify supporting documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies
Handle Query Management
Verify payable information
Highlight data discrepancy
Document bounced payments
Document fraudulent payments
Notify proper authorities
Ensure 100% accuracy rate
Ensure TAT/SLA are met
Perform validation of invoices
Perform reservation of invoices
Perform finalization of invoices
Handle daily business activities
Maintain data integrity
Coordinate with Treasury process
Sync on payment authorization
