Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team; Establish trusted relationships across the organization; Share knowledge and expertise when complex problems or challenges arise; Collaborate across functions to address large, complex, and often ambiguous organizational challenges; Learn and leverage enterprise technology tools to support engagement and team building across multiple offices and disbursed work teams; Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for leadership touchpoints, Minnesota wide community engagement and projects to identify relevant stakeholders, to develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice; Work closely with leadership and key influencers to drive operational excellence across the organization
