Amazon Business is seeking a Senior Event Marketing Manager to own strategy and end-to-end execution of Amazon Business Reshape — Amazon Business's flagship annual B2B conference for procurement, finance, and technology leaders, serving 1,500+ attendees, managing multiple agency partners and a team of contingent workers, and partnering across marketing, sales, product, pan-Amazon, and executive leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-directed event marketing leader who operates with strong ownership and brings both strategic vision and operational rigor to large-scale program delivery. This role requires someone who defines their own priorities, identifies problems before they are raised, and drives results without waiting for direction. The ability to write clearly and persuasively — across business documents, marketing communications, and executive presentations — is a core requirement of this role.
