Full Job Description

**Title:** Sr. Estimator (TIC) **Knowledge / Experience (Skills)** * Minimum (5 to 10) years’ experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Pipeline projects. * Prepare classified estimates during project development stage. * Prepare estimate plan. * Familiar with WBS process for developing the estimate cost breakdown structure. * Prepare cost estimate basis (Productivity Factor, All-in Rates, Material, Construction, etc.). * Coordinate with project teams to develop all requirement needed for the TIC Estimate. * Present cost estimate report to management. * Knowledge in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage). * Familiarization with SAEP-25. * Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. **Nationality:** Any (Prefer Saudi Nationality).
