What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum five (5) years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting enterprise ERP systems, Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud or comparable cloud-based ERP platforms, Hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, and supporting system integrations (e. g. , Oracle Integration Cloud or equivalent), Experience developing or supporting ERP reporting using tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, or SQL-based reporting, Experience participating in or leading ERP-related projects across multiple functional areas
Nice to Have
Experience supporting supply chain-related functions, including procurement, order management, warehouse management, or transportation management, Prior experience leading large-scale or multi-module ERP cloud implementations, Experience in retail, manufacturing, food production, or distribution environments, Experience supporting analytics and reporting solutions for operational or supply chain decision-making, Familiarity with enterprise data conversion and integration strategies across multiple systems

Translate business needs into system solutions
Ensure ERP applications support defined business objectives
Lead and contribute to new ERP cloud implementations
and deploy Oracle ERP Cloud (Oracle Fusion) modules
Support enhancements and process changes for existing ERP cloud applications
Conduct requirements-gathering activities
Document business processes
system configurations
Support data conversions
and post-implementation stabilization
Provide second-level ERP application support
