What You'll Do.
Support manufacturing
qual and engineering improvement including low yield analysis and improvement
test time optimization and other related activities.
Support the test program conversion from legacy tester transfer to new tester platform.
Support customer return evaluation (RMA).
Dispose production low yield lots
and study/fix the root cause.
Product bench test verification.
FA support by doing ATE and bench analysis for fault isolation.
Bench board construction and debugging.
Test hardware development and troubleshooting
Full Job Description
