Full Job Description

As a GQ FE Central QE Product Senior Engineer, you will lead network-level quality and reliability improvement initiatives to meet product, qualification, and customer requirements. This role goes beyond document-based quality work and requires strong technical depth in Front-End (FE) manufacturing, as well as the ability to influence and drive execution across a matrix organization. You will work closely with GQ, CPIE, Process Engineering (PE), and FE fab teams to establish and deploy best-known methods (BKMs), define clear line-of-sight metrics, and execute cross-functional action plans that improve product quality and reliability, and higher tier supply. You will also chair and facilitate network forums to align stakeholders, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely closure of issues and deliverables. Key program activities include driving cross-site benchmarking for F10 metallization and OMT expansion to ensure product quality performance matching across the network. **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Drive alignment and collaboration guidance from Quality Organizations in FE Manufacturing, GQ, and PE. * Develop, manage, and communicate strategic plan for high tier product grade yield, F10 metallization and OMT expansion equivalency program. * Conduct analysis to identify cross-site gaps and support driving cross-site matching (e.g., quality/reliability indicators, yield/product grade performance), translating insights into prioritized actions and measurable closure criteria. * Provide program governance support, including executive updates on status, outlook, key risks, and mitigation plans. * Identify, standardize, and replicate best-known methods (BKMs) across d
