Key role in decision making and forming site strategy; a significant member of Site Senior Leadership Team. # **Job Description** Technical leadership responsibility for delivery and industrialization of projects in cutting edge R&D environment. operating within TRL/NPI framework. Key role in decision making and forming site strategy; a significant member of Site Senior Leadership Team. Using established problem-solving tools; support the engineering team to methodically consider different approaches to problem solve and achieve customer focused success. The role requires high levels of operational/engineering judgment and structured problem solving within an operating model. You be leading functional and/or project teams with the opportunity to present solutions to site leader and wider GE stakeholder community including engineering and Product Line. This diverse leadership role requires strong effective communication of complex problems. **_Roles and Responsibilities_** * Lead the onsite BRS Engineering Team to innovate and deliver customer led projects within agreed timelines, leveraging Flight Deck and always in the framework of Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost, in that order. * Manage team performance through development plans, PPG, dynamic priorities and annual performance reviews. * Holds specialized knowledge in a relevant discipline serving as best practice/quality resource, for example systems engineering. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. * Has broad general interest in adjacent engineering disciplines, practically those used within the on-site team * Develop and industrialise visual management methodology for NPI process. * Lead in technical decision making and key support role in local strategy deployment, being a key member of the Site Seni
