Job Description: As the Senior Manager of Engineering at Fuze Health/FuzeRx, you are a pivotal leader within our technology organization, bridging the gap between high-level strategic healthcare objectives and ground-level technical execution. This role sits within our core product engineering hierarchy, reporting directly to the VP of Engineering. You will lead multiple engineering squads, driving the architecture, development, and delivery of secure, scalable software solutions that power our digital pharmacy and API-driven fulfillment platforms. By fostering a culture of operational excellence and engineering rigor leveraging AWS, PostgreSQL, Rails, and Python, this role directly contributes to our mission of simplifying access to medications, improving patient adherence, and streamlining the digital care journey.
