Must Have
8 years of hands-on experience in SAP, Minimum 12 years of IT experience, Functional and configuration knowledge in SAP SD module, Experience in governing development across multiple projects, Understanding of business processes across various functions, Ability to communicate complex technical concepts, Expertise in change management, Experience working in an onshore-offshore development model
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, Knowledge of advanced technologies in SAP, Enterprise Structure, Master data, Sales Order processing and purchasing functions, Hands on in interface in different system like SAP to SAP and SAP to Non-SAP, Experience collaborating in global/geographically diverse teams, Strategic mindset and critical thinking, Process oriented, Ability to lead meetings/calls, Very thorough with day-to-day planning, Willingness to work off hours
