Key Responsibilities Perform Server monitoring and troubleshooting for all Active Directory components and roles, including: DNS, DHCP Remote Desktop Services (RDS) DFS Replication (DFSR) Active Directory Replication Group Policy Objects (GPOs) Triage and resolve server performance monitoring alerts, including CPU, memory, disk, and service-level issues. Identify, analyze, and resolve disk space issues, including: Drive/disk capacity monitoring Disk and storage resizing/expansion Coordination with storage teams when required Manage Windows patching activities, including: Troubleshooting patch failures Applying Cumulative Updates (CU) for Microsoft Exchange Performing Windows Server version upgrades Plan and execute patching of virtual machines hosted in Hyper-V clustering environments, ensuring minimal service disruption. Monitor and troubleshoot backup jobs, ensuring backup success and data integrity. Actively participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) operations,
