What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, 7+ years of experience in Manufacturing IT Systems, MES/ERP integration, Smart Factory initiatives, or related technical environments, Advanced experience implementing, optimizing, or enhancing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ERP systems (e. g. , SAP) in a manufacturing environment, Proven experience in data analytics, MES, and SAP ERP implementation or enhancement projects, Experience leading data analysis initiatives and production system improvement projects, understanding of manufacturing workflows, production systems, system architecture, and digital transformation methodologies, Knowledge of IT best practices, including programming concepts and cybersecurity principles, Ability to work flexible hours when required
Nice to Have
Programming and data visualization experience with tools such as Python, SQL, and Power BI, Knowledge of AI or advanced analytics solutions
