Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense. **What You Will Do:** The CTS engineer works directly with airline customers and engine overhaul facilities and teams up with their respective disciplines to: * Understand and implement corrective action for engine related in-service events and hardware issues identified during overhaul. * Support MROs to resolve work-stops during teardown and reassembly of engines. * Support Airlines to resolve Aircrafts on the Ground (AOGs) and coordinate resolution of service issues. * Initiate technical data development of documentation for engine/module piece part inspection and for Engine Manuals (EM) and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM). * Coordinate with the technical publication organization (MDE) and provide direction for all technical publications’ issues related to their hardware. * Interface with Airbus by providing design, operation, maintenance, and customer servi
