Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience), Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant semiconductor engineering roles, Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau), Experience in cycle time management, inventory optimization, constraint management, and fab operations analytics, Demonstrated initiative, tenacity, and ability to identify the right collaborators to drive impactful results across global teams, Analytical and problem-solving skills with proven success applying engineering knowledge to develop scalable solutions deployable across all Micron sites, Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, Organizational skills with the flexibility to assume new responsibilities based on dynamic business needs, Ability to travel to Micron sites as needed for collaboration and alignment, Proven track record of effective teamwork in a global environment, Cultural awareness and agility to drive alignment and build rapport across sites using both in-person and digital collaboration tools
Nice to Have
Intermediate knowledge of the 300mm fully-automated semiconductor manufacturing process, Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

You will support global Manufacturing Engineering (ME) operations through standardization, optimization, digitalization, and systemization. This includes developing clear metrics to define deliverables, leveraging your front-end manufacturing expertise, and influencing key business partners to achieve alignment and improve output efficiency. In this role, you will engage with diverse global stakeholders to execute network-wide projects and identify benchmarking opportunities across all sites. By facilitating effective knowledge sharing, you will help maximize the utilization of talent and capabilities worldwide.
