What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, 5+ years of experience in end-user computing, endpoint engineering, workplace technology, systems administration, IT operations, or a related technical role, hands-on experience supporting and managing Windows and macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment, Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platforms, working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, access controls, groups, authentication, and user lifecycle processes, Working knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based IT administration, Experience with Flexera or similar software asset management platforms, Proficiency with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, HTML, or similar technologies, Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for work tracking, repositories, automation, documentation, or deployment workflows, Familiarity with software asset management, SaaS application governance, vendor licensing models, and software lifecycle management, Experience supporting endpoint security, compliance policies, conditional access, device posture, and secure configuration standards, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues, Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, Experience supporting employees in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or global enterprise environment

Advanced experience administering, configuring, or integrating Flexera with endpoint management, procurement, finance, identity, or IT service management systems, Experience building Flexera reports, dashboards, workflows, or automation to support software asset management, license compliance, renewals, and cost optimization, Experience with AI-assisted development, LLM-based tools, automation assistants, internal copilots, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, or emerging workplace productivity technologies, Experience integrating APIs, internal platforms, workflow tools, or enterprise systems

Partner with Security teams
Create and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Mentor junior team members
Identify recurring issues and drive solutions
