Must Have
4+ years of software development experience, domain knowledge and awareness of technology capabilities in the industry, Proficiency in multiple open-source programming languages, including distributed systems, with an understanding of various open-source frameworks and paradigms, Experience building custom solutions, including system architecture, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and production support, Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Orchestration, Prism, Extend, XSLT, Workday Reports, and Security Model, Ability to design testing strategies and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision, proficiency in core development platforms within your domain, Ability to build team commitment toward shared priorities, Clear communication of Agile concepts within the product team, Understanding of the impact of your work on team outcomes and guest experience, Ability to deliver high-performance, scalable, secure, and reliable solutions, Experience applying data standards, policies, and procedures, Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies
