Lead projects to deliver Workday Success Plans programs
Communicate project objectives and delivery strategies
Educate customers on Workday Success Plans offering
Balance needs of concurrent projects
Provide guidance to consultants
Ensure projects are planned and staffed
Identify and resolve project issues
Lead customer meetings
Lead Workday internal operational meetings
Ensure customers can serve as reference
Complete project administration tasks
Update project forecasts
Assist with team scheduling
