What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience managing multiple projects, Experience in large complex deal negotiations, Experience building and cultivating relationships, Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, Experience solving problems with technology in the Energy & Utilities industries, Analytical skill set to support review of electricity procurement strategies, utility tariffs, energy projects and power contracts
Nice to Have
Speak, write, and read fluently in French, Spanish, German or Italian, Prior transaction experience in EMEA power and gas markets, Prior experience in energy trading or power generation, Prior experience working with market operators and regulators globally
What You'll Do.
Negotiate and execute power purchase agreements
Execute electrical supply contracts
Support the delivery and execution of energy strategy
Support the development of strategic energy sourcing opportunities
Analyse trends and regulations in the energy space
Identify opportunities that benefit Amazon
Review energy markets
Identify cost savings opportunities
Manage energy projects against plans
Ensure commitments are met
Deliver against cost savings goals
