Must Have
3+ years occupational health and safety experience, Proven experience in health and safety management, Knowledge of applicable Environmental and Health and Safety regulatory requirements
Nice to Have
Diploma or certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or related field, Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation, National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO®) designation, Other professionally recognized certifications in safety, risk management related field
What You'll Do.
Provide leadership and direction for EHS compliance
Champion projects and activities to achieve goals
Promote partnership to ensure compliance
Collaborate with management to lead change initiatives
Drive safety culture by implementing improvements
Provide support across assigned locations
Provide expert knowledge and guidance

Effectively manage occupational risks
Manage development of EH&S policies
Implement local EH&S procedures
Ensure compliance with local requirements

Implement EHS training
Implement safety metrics

Drive safety improvement
Conduct routine site reviews
Define site-specific EH&S goals

Support investigation of EH&S incidents
