What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry, Must maintain a clean driving record, Must be 21 years of age, Possess a valid driver’s license, Construction safety background, OSHA training certificate, Deep understanding and hands on experience with residential solar and battery installation techniques and materials, Understand basic PV solar design principles, Professional appearance and customer interaction, Work ethic and high level of craftsmanship/workmanship, Possess mechanical/construction skills, Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills, Excellent organizational and time management skills, Excellent analytical skills, Extensive knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards, Proficient in GoogleSuite applications or equivalent (Microsoft Excel and Word), Proficient in Salesforce, Be able to lift 50lbs, Be able to climb a ladder, Be able to enter confined spaces for long periods of time, Be able to drive long distances
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree or Journeyman electrician's license or master Electrician level certification, NABCEP Certification is a plus
