Full Job Description

About KiwiCo: KiwiCo is an innovative eCommerce company dedicated to sparking creativity and curiosity in kids (and kids at heart!). Through both online and offline materials, we provide fun and engaging ways for kids to explore, create, and learn. Our primary offering is a subscription service where we deliver "whoa awesome," hands-on projects to kids. We also manage an e-commerce storefront and a content platform to inspire and educate. We take great pride and ownership in the products we build and in the community of parents and kids we serve. Our office is located in Mountain View, CA within walking distance to the Caltrain station. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with 3-4 office days per week (depending on your team) and the remainder of the week working remotely. About this role: You will be responsible for our DTC (Direct to Consumer) business including our subscription products, our first and still largest line of business, and our individual store products. As the DTC category manager you will be responsible for business growth and P& L. You own the pricing, promotions, and customer insights. You will work cross functionally with the marketing, product, and operations teams to set priorities, share insights, and drive growth initiatives. This position reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer and works closely with the rest of the executive team in Mountain View, CA. Role and Responsibilities: You are a seasoned business owner with a track record of managing a P&L and driving growth in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. You will be the category manager for our subscription business, our largest and most foundational line of business and support our growing individual products business. You will own pricing and promotion strategies to optimize both customer acquisition and long-term profitability. You will influence product roadmap, marketing, and operations decisions partnering closely with your counterparts on those teams to achieve goals
