What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in Information Technology, functional analysis or related work, 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement), knowledge of Power Platform and Azure Integration Services, Expertise in API development, middleware integration, and data migration tools (SSIS, Kingsway Soft and similar), Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM integration and business process automation, Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills, SQL, PowerBI, and data analysis skills are a plus
Nice to Have
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (FI and/or SCM), Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant, Azure Fundamentals Certification, Experience with SQL Server and BI tools, Six Sigma, Transactional Lean or similar certification, Copilot experience within the Microsoft landscape

Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems
Support day to day environment
Communicate status and resolution
Conduct training for employees
Coordinate activities between IT
Act as liaison between vendors and organizations
Ensure adherence to requirements
Maintain compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11
Ensure continuity and efficiency
Help maintain data integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors
Ensure system scalability
Ensure system security
Adhere to best practices for enterprise architecture
