Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Marketing, 5+ years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, 2 years of team management experience, Proficiency in computer office software, Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, Strong communication, coordination, and horizontal cooperation skills, Good people management skills, Integrity and honesty, Ability to withstand pressure, Proactive and independent mindset

What You'll Do.
Achieve regional targets through coaching and daily management of representatives
Formulate and execute regional market promotion strategies
Establish and control regional market promotion budgets
Ensure clear and effective communication of company strategies through various regional meetings
Assist the central marketing department in executing regional marketing activities
Cultivate regional KOL speakers and provide relevant product market strategy training
Maintain relationships with regional KOLs and establish good communication channels
Coordinate with regional market managers to effectively execute marketing activities within budget
Collaborate with regional key account teams
and marketing training departments to execute regional activities
Participate in regional and some national KOL activities
Responsible for smooth product entry into hospitals and employee training
Provide feedback on market trends to the Regional Marketing Director
Perform other related work as required by departmental responsibilities
Strictly adhere to company compliance policies and guide employees to strictly implement them
