Answer incoming calls
Utilize maps to execute directions
Select efficient routes
Process information from drivers
Process information from sales team
Process information from customers
Schedule drivers to meet production demands
Maintain radio contact with drivers
Maintain phone contact with drivers
Assist with driver recruiting
Assist with driver retention
Provide quality customer service
Perform other duties assigned
Assist others in duties
