In this role, the Dispatcher works hands-on coordinating concrete delivery operations to ensure overall safety, quality, efficiency and profitability. If you love a challenge and are looking for a rewarding career, the Dispatcher opportunity in Warren may be right for you! **Hours: 1am - 11am, M-F, Occasional Saturdays incentivized at $50/hour** **The ideal candidate will have:** * 2+ years’ experience in concrete dispatching. * An understanding of QC/QA for the ready mix concrete industry. * Knowledge of concrete production equipment, processes, and maintenance programs. * Excellent organizational skills, and is able to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate. * The ability to use multiple forms of communication such as multi-line telephone system, mobile phones, two-way radios, emails, and other forms of communication methods. * The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Union contract knowledge. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Authoritative figure who will lead drivers daily **Duties include, but are not limited to:** * Answers incoming calls from our plants, our drivers, and our customers. * Utilizing maps (on the computer) to execute directions accurately and selecting the most efficient route possible. * Process information from drivers in the field, the sales team, and our customers to make sure everyone is on the same page. * Efficiently schedule drivers to meet production demands. * Balancing driver hours to assure productivity and customers’ needs are met while ensuring compliance wit
