As the Senior Director, Registered Plans, you’ll lead the design and execution of strategies to grow our registered plan portfolio, increase plan penetration, and drive higher balances and market share. You’ll work closely with teams across CIBC to improve advisory capabilities, boost financial literacy, and ensure compliance with all regulations. You’ll also manage relationships with key stakeholders, oversee the administration of registered plans, and serve as the subject matter expert for regulatory changes and process improvements. At times, you’ll collaborate with multiple departments to launch innovative product solutions, bundles, and offers. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._ **How you’ll succeed** * **Develop and oversee operating model -** Lead the creation and ongoing management of the operating model for registered plans within Personal and Business Banking (PBB), ensuring clear stakeholder roles and robust governance. * **Business leadership -** Act as the primary business lead for the growth, management, and administration of registered plans (RESP, RDSP, RRSP, TFSA, FHSA, LIRA, RRIF, LIF). * **Strategy & initiative development
