What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Science, 15 years of program management experience, Demonstrated leadership capability, Proven ability to develop functional strategies, Establish best practices, Implement large-scale processes, Experience leading in a matrixed organization, Collaboration and influence skills, PMP certification, Demonstrated competency with industry standards for government and commercial contract types, Demonstrated success managing customers at the executive level

The Director of Program Management is responsible for building and leading a high‑performing program management organization that delivers **predictable and repeatable financial, schedule, and performance outcomes** across a complex portfolio of programs, including both Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus (CP) programs.
