Must Have
10+ years in PCBA/manufacturing engineering, 7+ years leading teams/programs, Proven leadership delivering SMT industrialization results across multiple lines/sites, process engineering toolkit: defect reduction/root cause, process capability, standard work, and governance (PFMEA, control plans, and qualifications), Deep SMT technical knowledge for complex assemblies (e. g. , high-density BGAs/ASIC/CPU/GPU), including line/equipment strategy, process windows, NPI-HVM qualification, and PCB/DFM considerations, Exposure to thermal integration and liquid cooling in final assembly, and partnership with test engineering to ensure test readiness and smooth production release
