If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Sr** **Director, Operations Engineering** located in **Guadalajara North, Campus.** Reporting to the **VP, Operations.** The Director, Operations Engineering will be responsible for defining and executing the long‑term roadmap and strategic vision for Advanced Assembly, SMT manufacturing, and next‑generation technologies, ensuring scalable industrialization, successful new product introductions, and sustainable operational excellence. **What a typical day looks like:** * Technology process deployment is for all business units and value add services organization. * Serve as a key member of the management team that sets the company’s strategic direction. * Develop strategic planning for the direction and control of manufacturing process development activities. * Formulate long-term objectives and standards of performance for the department. * Assure that the department achieves objectives and project completion within budget and time frame. * Be a student of current industry trends, ensuring that the company maintains and expands its manufacturing technology leadership position. * Motivate staff and provide technical direction and guidance, as well as hands-on project management, recognizing the role as that of both manager and support resource/mentor. * Assure that the manufacturing process is designed for specific needs, but with wider applications/tolerances in mind. * Hire and direct staff of senior group
