Nice to Have

Demonstrated capability to implement, operate, and coordinate Liquid Cooling systems, including cross‑functional alignment and stable production start‑ups, Components: ASICs, CPUs, GPUs and complex BGAs, Optical Packages such Co-package optics (CPOs), Pluggable optics etc., PCB: PCB fabrication process and impact of VIPPO, Lamination, etc., PCBA: Deeper experience in SMT to Final assembly including Thermal management (Heatsink, TIM, Liquid & Cryo Cooling, Cold Plate.
