## Accountabilities Lead the strategy, governance, and ongoing evolution of Workday Financials and PSA platforms, ensuring system stability, scalability, and alignment with enterprise objectives. Manage, develop, and grow a specialized financial systems team, fostering strong internal capabilities while effectively leveraging external partners and vendors. Oversee delivery quality across enhancements, releases, integrations, and system optimization initiatives within Workday environments. Partner with Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and IT leadership to define system roadmaps, SDLC standards, and enterprise integration frameworks. Support and enhance core finance operations including record-to-report, close, budgeting, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting processes. Lead M&A integration efforts for financial systems, including data onboarding, system alignment, and development of repeatable integration frameworks. Own Workday security, controls, and compliance frameworks, ensuring SOX adherence and alignment with audit and regulatory requirements. Drive automation and intelligent finance initiatives, improving efficiency across accounting, reconciliation, billing, and cash management processes. Collaborate with commercial systems teams to optimize end-to-end contract-to-cash and PSA workflows. Serve as a key advisor to senior finance leadership, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. Requirements: 8+ years of experience leading enterprise financial systems, with strong expertise in Workday Financials and/or PSA. 5+ years of leadership experience managing ERP or financial systems teams in complex environments. Strong understanding of financial accounting processes, including record-to-report, close, intercompany, and financial reporting.
