Oversee the development of regional assortments

Partner with Global Merchandising and Design to influence product development and protect franchise-specific needs.
Lead the planning and execution of Franchise Market Weeks
commercially viable assortments are presented to partners.
Own pricing architecture and promotional strategies in collaboration with Planning and Global Merchandising.
Serve as the voice of Franchise in brand milestone meetings
influencing key decisions across Product
and Visual Merchandising.
Drive alignment and execution across internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless market experiences.
