Full Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced **Sr. Director, Business Development** to join our A-team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting and selling across the full Development Lifecycle—including early clinical pharmacology and regulatory consulting as well as all phases of Clinical Trial Operations. With your expertise, you’ll guide clients through the end-to-end journey of trial execution and position Allucent as their trusted CRO partner. Your deep industry expertise will help small- to mid-sized biopharma companies bring innovative therapies to patients faster. At Allucent™, we are dedicated to helping small-medium biopharmaceutical companies efficiently navigate the complex world of clinical trials to bring life-changing therapies to patients in need across the globe. . **The role** You’ll be at the forefront of Allucent’s growth, driving new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships with small and emerging as well as established biopharma companies. This is a strategic high-impact role where your proven track record in Clinical Trial business development across the full clinical trial lifecycle will set you apart. **Key responsibilities:** * Deliver and exceed annual sales targets by developing and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities. * Sell Allucent’s full portfolio of development solutions — with a focus from Phase I to Phase III—including clinical pharmacology, regulatory strategy, biostatistics, project management, monitoring, data management, and beyond. * Coordinate and drive business opportunities along the sales cycle from lead generation, CDA, RFI/RFP, bid defense, award, through contract execution. * Coordinate, drive and host client meetings and bid pursuits, providing leadership , guidance and insights of client needs, wishes and expectations to our relevant internal teams in order to ensure winning proposal/bid strategies including support preparation of proposals. * Build strong, trust-based relationships with sen
