Overview Puffco is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Contract) to support the business during a maternity leave. This role will own and execute key digital marketing channels, with a focus on email (Klaviyo), SMS, and paid media, while also playing a critical role in go-to-market (GTM) launches, promotions, and lifecycle strategy. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day execution and optimization of email and SMS marketing programs (Klaviyo) Build, QA, and deploy campaigns and automated flows Manage segmentation, personalization, and testing strategies Monitor performance and optimize for revenue, engagement, and retention Own the CRM channel within GTM launches Develop and execute email/SMS strategies for product launches and key campaigns Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across messagi
