This leadership role is responsible for managing and directing WEG’s developer resources, ensuring alignment with the company’s technology vision and architecture strategy. As Sr. Development Manager, you will drive innovative software solutions across the Salesforce, Workday, React, and Node.js platforms, ensuring best practices, scalable delivery, and technical excellence. This is a **Remote** position. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is **$160,000 to $175,000** , exclusive of bonuses and benefits.
