This role drives the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo, and the broader marketing technology ecosystem. ## **What You’ll Do** * Lead and coordinate developers to deliver high-quality solutions across marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Marketo * Provide hands-on technical leadership in solution design, development, and implementation * Review and approve solution designs, architecture, and code to ensure quality and alignment to standards * Establish and promote best practices for development, integration, and deployment * Partner with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions * Manage delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and technical execution * Ensure compliance with enterprise security, regulatory, and quality standards * Mentor developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing **Marketing Platform Responsibilities** * Provide technical leadership for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (B2C marketing solutions) * Support Adobe
