As part of Micron’s Enterprise Master Data (EMD) – Material team, the Senior Data Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, reliable, and scalable material master data that supports global supply chain operations. **Role Overview** In this role, you will own material master data, while also driving transformation initiatives that improve data quality, process efficiency, and system integration across SAP and adjacent platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and IT) to design and implement robust, scalable data solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end-to-end Material Master lifecycle (creation, maintenance, governance, and retirement) across SAP and integrated systems * Ensure adherence to data governance policies, standards, and audit controls within the Material domain * Monitor, analyze, and drive improvements in data quality KPIs (accuracy, completeness, consistency) * Identify and lead transformation opportunities (automation, standardization, simplification), and drive them through design, build, and deployment * Partner with IT and business teams to define requirements and deliver scalable master data solutions (S/4HANA, Informatica, integrations) * Conduct root cause analysis on data issues, and implement sustainable fixes (not just corrections) * Docu
