Join Roche, where every voice matters. ### ### The Position The (Sr.) Data Expert is responsible for advancing the ASPIRE/S4 master data framework while driving data quality, consistency, and security. This role will spearhead Commercial Master Data Governance, including defining governance rules for the Data Competence Center and the Tagging Ecosystem. Furthermore, the role leads the Master Data Governance Community. By translating business strategies into data rules, managing the tag lifecycle, and empowering Business Data Owners (BDOs) through community leadership, the expert will enable precise omnichannel engagement and data-driven decision-making. This position requires strong governance expertise, analytical skills, and cross-functional leadership. **Key Responsibilities** **Master Data Governance Architecting** * Fully implement ASPIRE/S4 Master Data governance in alignment with global standards to support decision-making within Roche's Digital Backbone. * Define and harmonize Commercial Data Governance rules with master data community to ensure architectural consistency with the Data Capability Center to achieve a Single Source of Truth. * Standardize end-to-end lifecycle management for master data to ensure cross-system consistency and regulatory compliance. * Conduct upstream and downstream lineage analysis for master data across systems, monitor data quality, and drive continuous improvement. **Mater Data Community Leadership and Organization** * Lead and facilitate the Master Data Community to foster a cross-functional, data-driven culture
