Job Summary: The Senior Data Analyst, Providers plays a critical role in partnering with cross-functional leaders to shape and deliver Octave's provider analytics strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for defining key provider and clinical performance metrics, generating insights, and building scalable data models and analytics products that empower teams to make data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate is both a thinker and a doer who thrives in ambiguity, deeply understands clinical and operational workflows, and is passionate about using data to improve patient outcomes and provider performance. Deep understanding of clinical data, including treatment modalities, clinical notes, patient assessment data, and care pathways. Strong understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and best practices for handling sensitive patient information. Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day workflows, with a willingness to continuously rethink and improve how work gets done.
