Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, or related field, 3–5 years of data analysis experience in financial banking, Proficiency in Python and SQL with at least 1–2 years of hands-on application, written and verbal communication skills, High attention to detail, comfort operating in regulated environments where accuracy is non-negotiable, unrestricted work authorization

What You'll Do.
Own data analysis and reporting for FNBO's individual lending segment
Track portfolio performance across key risk metrics including delinquency rates
and non-performing loan ratios
Develop trend and snapshot analyses across product lines
Manage data supporting recurring regulatory submissions including Federal Reserve Call Reports and OCC examination packages

This role covers two core functions: (1) credit risk analytics across our residential and consumer lending portfolios (excluding credit card and point of sale) — primarily residential mortgages, HELOCs, HELOANs, and consumer secured products including auto and stock-secured loans — and (2) data preparation and management supporting regulatory submissions to the Federal Reserve (Call Reports) and the OCC. The ideal candidate combines analytical depth with the precision and auditability mindset required in a regulated environment and can translate complex portfolio dynamics into clear narratives for internal stakeholders. **About This Role:** **** **Key Responsibilities** * **Individual Segment Credit Analytics** — Own data analysis and reporting for FNBO's individual lending segment.
