Must Have
Excellent level of English (mandatory): C1 or higher, Advanced expertise in Power BI (complex executive dashboards, DAX), Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, data validation, ad-hoc analysis), Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and integration, Knowledge of Database / Data Warehouse and dimensional data models (star schema, fact/dimension tables), Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, Direct experience working with Finance, Operations, and Executive stakeholders, Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business), Knowledge of Python, Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques

CI&T is growing and we are looking for a talented, motivated, and experienced Senior Data Analyst ( BI ) to join our team and lead data-driven solutions for our clients. Responsibilities: -Collect, analyze, and interpret data. -Develop and maintain executive dashboards in Power BI. -Model and visualize data in a clear and impactful way. -Ensure data quality and validate semantic Power BI / database models aligned with business reporting needs. -Document processes, methodologies, and analysis results. -Design and build dashboards for Call Center and Operations teams, generating actionable insights. -Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements. -Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
