What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Native Portuguese speaker, Advanced English (C1), MS Office skills, Customer-oriented mindset and professional written communication, Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Spanish preferred, Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, Experience with SAP or Customer Service software (advantage)

What You'll Do.

Process orders using the order management application

Support local team activities

Handle inbound calls and respond to emails related to delivery notes

Accept and process transactions in SAP/CRM

Confirm orders and check shipment status

Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues in the Order-to-Cash cycle

Meet daily and monthly targets for deadlines and order quality
