Analyze & create loan presentations
Assist lenders in evaluating credit proposals
Assist lenders in evaluating proper structure
Grade new and existing loans
Prepare financial projections
Present financial information to the loan committee
Vote on loan presentations
Prepare audits on commercial loans
Provide recommendations for documentation
Provide recommendations for credit exceptions
Maintain a list of ongoing loan exceptions
Maintain a list of loans to be funded
