Must Have

7+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or a related talent-focused environment, Proven success recruiting across technical and corporate functions, including Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales and Accounting/Finance, with the ability to attract and close high performing talent in competitive markets, ability to influence and partner with hiring managers and leadership teams in fast paced, high growth environments, Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environments with shifting priorities and business needs, Experience using applicant tracking systems, creative sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting analytics platforms
