What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least 5+ years of experience in medical device industry, experience in process and equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV), Experience leading engineering projects and cross-functional initiatives, Experience in process transfers and new product introductions, Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments, Bilingual English level (advanced/fluent written and verbal communication required), Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field, Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, Knowledge of change control, risk management and engineering documentation, US Visa required

Nice to Have

Experience supporting automation, manufacturing optimization and capital projects is highly preferred, PMP certification is a plus
