The role is primarily the delivery of project management services (Planning and controls) related to the schedule management, tracking, reporting, analysis sequencing/phasing, co-ordination and construction of the phased and timely delivery of a large-scale multi-asset mixed use development incorporating a significant tunnel and road gyratory. **What this job involves** * Maintaining the schedule baselines and ensure mechanisms are in place to monitor performance. * Working closely with the client, sub consultants and main contractors. * Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary. * Use a clear, systematic approach to solving complex issues and able to communicate solutions in an effective, efficient, high-level manner. * Coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to build relationships. * Establish project planning process and procedure to include within the PEP (Project Execution Plan) * Assure integration of sub-schedules from all parties (functions, subdivisions) involved in the projects. * Tracks and reports progress against the baseline schedule and continuously monitors risks and opportunities as well as proactively develops scenarios, mitigation or back-up plans required. * Report on schedule progress inclu
