This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a sharp technical accounting background, comfort working independently, and the confidence to manage the full finance function from day-to-day operations to executive reporting. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, adapts quickly to existing systems and processes, and hits the ground running with minimal ramp time. You're the type of person who walks in, quickly assesses how things work, and makes it run better. You communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders, flag issues before they become problems, and take ownership of the function with confidence. Responsibilities: • Own full-cycle accounting: GL, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting • Prepare and present accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with regulations • Manage payroll end-to-end across our various entities • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensure cash flow accuracy and timeline
