What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree, Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership, Experience with six sigma tools and Lean techniques, Experience in program or project management, Fluent in English

Nice to Have

Master's degree, Bachelor's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Experience in design review process to incorporate electrical, mechanical, automation controls solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards

What You'll Do.

Act as Subject Matter Expert on operational processes

Lead process integration efforts at Delivery Stations

Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives

Own and manage change on a granular level

Perform audits to ensure SOP adoption

Eliminate defects and deviations

Work with Under the Roof teams to identify

Work with On the Road teams to identify

Ensure delivery of best possible service to customers

Offer support and expertise to AMZL teams

Gain insight into bottlenecks and opportunities

Benchmark processes with counterparts in other geographies

Ensure conformity with Amazon Standard Work

Ensure quality control

Drive continuous improvement

Raise the bar on performance

Raise the bar on efficiency

Support peers with subject matter expertise
